It’s never too early to book your cake! I recommend 3-4 weeks notice to ensure that I will be able to accommodate your order. For wedding cakes, place your order at least 3 months ahead. As I have limited spots each week for cake and sweets orders, the sooner you contact me about your order, the better the chance that I can create your custom cakes and desserts.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with final payment due a week before collection. Your booking is not secured until a deposit has been received. Deposits are not refundable for cancellation made less than a week prior the date of collection (unless caused by circumstances beyond your control i.e. COVID pandemic or cancelled event), or if specific materials/customised features have been already purchased.

My cake sizing guide is based on the number of coffee serves the cake will provide (how many people will eat the cake). A coffee serve is a 1’’ x 1’’ portion, equivalent to a small regular cupcake portion. If you are looking for dessert serves (2’’ x 1’’ cuts), please choose the next cake size up to ensure that there will be plenty of cake to go around (and leftovers for you to enjoy the day after!).

Yes, I offer delivery for wedding cakes and larger cake/dessert orders (fees apply). Delivery is subject to my availability. All other orders must be picked up from my location in Quinns Rocks. Delivery fees start from $35 for standard drops within 10km, with additional $1.50/km for longer distances from Quinns Rocks. Fees are also applied if setup is required.

Cakes will be provided to you in an enclosed box on a cake board. You can safely transport them on the floor of the passenger seat, with air conditioning on and driving very slowly and carefully. For larger cakes and orders I offer a delivery service based on my availability (fees apply).

Yes, I can accomodate most dietary requirements including gluten free, vegan and dairy free.  Orders for special dietary requirements will be made free from the specified ingredients. Special dietary requirements incur in a surcharge for additional ingredients or replacement, and recipe changes required to accommodate them. PLEASE BE AWARE that my kitchen is NOT NUT-FREE, even though some of my cakes don’t contain nuts. All the changes accommodate just dietary requirements and NOT ALLERGY REQUIREMENTS, due to the sharing of the equipment in my kitchen, which has regular contact with gluten, dairy and nuts. Please be aware of this when serving my cakes to your guests.

If you have a specific idea or style already in mind, please attach or send me photos and give me a rough idea of the colour/theme/style you would like. Then I will design a beautiful cake just for you. Please note, I DO NOT COPY OTHER BAKERS’ DESIGNS. My cake designs are unique to Arianna’s Little Bakery and I work best with creative freedom. I am happy to collaborate with you throughout the design process, so please give me a clear understanding of what you'd like, otherwise I am also more than happy to surprise you and exceed your expectations.
